Missy
Hart has a Masters in Supply Chain Management, is
a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and currently is a Sourcing
Specialist for Solar Turbines. Missy's responsibilities
include ensuring continuous supply, maintaining a
supply base with world class performance metrics and
guaranteed capacity, and sourcing globally to reduce
costs, lead times and create regional supply chains
to support global market demands. Missy will present
Solar Turbines' Supply Chain Management activities
and lead a production tour of the Kearny Mesa facility.

Safety Requirements:

Visitors are required to sign in and out with Security.
• Cameras or recording equipment are not permitted.
• Visitors must be accompanied/escorted by a
Solar employee at all times.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
• Safety glasses are required in manufacturing,
test, or in areas with eye hazards.
• Hearing protection is required in posted areas
or where noise hazards exist.
• Proper work attire includes closed-toed shoes,
long pants and no loose clothing or jewelry.
• Site Specific Emergency Procedures must be
reviewed with all Visitors.
• All incidents and injuries, no matter how
minor, must be immediately reported.
• Visitors are not permitted to climb on product
or elevated areas or operate any Solar equipment,
trucks, or vehicles unless authorized by Solar Supervision.
• All Visitors must review the Solar site’s
Visitor/Contractor Video or equivalent (will be shown
prior to tour).
