T. Randolph ("Randy") Ferguson is a member of and
leads the San Francisco and Los Angeles expansion
firm, known as Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg and Glad
& Ferguson, P.C. Mr. Ferguson has concentrated his
practice in Customs and International Trade Law
since 1976 and is recognized nationally for his
expertise in representing companies in a wide range
of import- and export- related matters. In addition,
Mr. Ferguson is well known for his representation
of the surety companies that underwrite the customs
bonds that importers submit upon the entry of merchandise
to the United States.
Mr.
Ferguson is an "AV" rated attorney who is a member
of the State Bar of California and is admitted to
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit,
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth District,
the United States Court of International Trade and
several United States District Courts. Mr. Ferguson
has served as the Chairman of the Subcommittee on
Custom Law of the International Law Section of the
State Bar of California. Mr. Ferguson received his
B.A. from Stanford University (1967), his M.B.A.
from U.C. Berkeley (1969) and J.D. from the University
of San Francisco (1973). In addition, Mr. Ferguson
has spent more than two years at the prestigious
Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International
Private Law in Hamburg, Germany.
