Bob Forsythe is the Equipment Manager and the Manager
of the Small Business Office at the University of
California San Diego. In the role as Equipment Manager
he is responsible for tracking and reporting on all
of the Universities inventorial equipment. The role
of Manager of the Small Business Office requires him
to track and report, to different Federal agencies,
all monies spent by the University with Small Disadvantaged
Businesses. He is also required to establish out reach
program to the small business community. Prior to
UCSD, he worked in procurement, inventory, and production
control in manufacturing and service related industries
for approximately twenty years. He is presently the
President of the local chapter of the National Property
Managers Association.
